We've re-purposed our existing payments engine to provide the service to make it easier for you to accept payments and provide deliveries for front-line workers, key staff, the elderly and the vulnerable. We don't charge anything for the software, but there is a 5% per-transaction charge to cover the payment providers fees and our administration of the platform.
The Home Deliveries website is separate to your website so you'll just need to add a link to your new e-commerce website.
It's easy to manage products in the dashboard we provide. You can create and edit products and assign quantities and mark items which are no longer in stock. Our team can help you get everything set-up but you have complete control over all your inventory and products.
You can host multiple shops on the platform and there are no additional charges if you add more than one shop.
We provide you with an app to help you manage deliveries but you'll need to provide your own drivers.
In the back office we provide, you create accounts for your dispatch drivers. Each driver has a unique pin. Drivers download the app on their phone and log in using their pin to see their job list. Each drop off includes turn by turn navigation to help drivers to get there on time, and their status and position is shown in your back office system. You can send secure messages to your drivers via the deliveries app as well!
